"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I get by, just. Doesn't help with the way IE makes funny things happen on the submit pages, shoving the controls to hard right so I have to hit Esc to pause load before that happens on one of the pages so I can continue. Seen other sites do it though, I know it's IE as much as their code. Still silly though.

I like your desktop picture on your page. I had a weird moment with that, an error in scale. I saw it as if it was a whole room. The monitor appeared as if it was a screen maybe ten foot wide, and the papers on the wall looked as big as film posters. It's wasn't until later seeing someone mention a monitor, I looked back, and recognised that a person (you?) was sitting on the right side of the scene.
I didn't know about that till today..
You could always copy/paste if it resulted in unclickables..
I'm finding a few things here hard to figure out, maybe cos I run an HTML filter and weird stuff is happening, but I'm getting there, slowly.
